For this reason, West Nine uses the P3ProSwing analyzer.  This highly accurate system consists of a 9" X 14" high tech sensing platform and software program that measures and captures information from 65 optical elements to create an instant on-screen simulation of your swing data.  After every swing, the P3ProSwing will provide you information on the moment of truth - IMPACT!

Frequently Asked Questions

1.  Can I use my own clubs?
Yes.  The P3Proswing works with most club head designs.  Because the system collects information from the club head, it may be necessary to add a reflective strip to certain clubs, such as woods, hybrids, and putters, to insure the most accurate reading.  Most irons work very well without any modifications.

2.  How realistic is putting?
The P3ProSwing uses a dual sensing system to more accuately simulate the slower swing speeds associated with putting and chipping.  Putting is the most difficult part of any simulation exprience because it involves human sensory interpretation of slopes and speed.  In the real world, putting and short game shots (chipping and pitching) are more often made using feel based on 3 dimensional visual cues.  Unfortunately, "feel" is not easily replicated in any 2D gaming environment. 

3.  How accurate is it?
Multiple tests have shown the P3ProSwing to be 99.9% accurate.  This accuracy is one of the reasons it is used by PGA Professionals at the PGA Center for Learning and Perfomance.  The P3ProSwing is not a toy (although it is very fun to play).  It is a serious tool used by serious professionals at one of the world's most elite golf training academies. 

4.  How much does it cost?
Simulator rates are based on time.  Our rates for playing the golf courses are priced just like rounds of golf.  Groups are allotted a maximum of 45-minutes per player for 9-holes and 1 hr 15 minutes per player for 18-holes.  Groups of three and four players are given a discount.  The Practice Range is priced by time only.  For more information on rates please visit our Rates Page.
